Heberden's node
Etiology:
- pathognomonic for osteoarthritis
Pathology:
- erosion of distal interphalangeal (DIP) joints accompanied by bony overgrowth
Clinical manifestations:
- appear as hard, generally painless dorsolateral nodules of the DIP joints
